Promo codes

Worthy of… reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotional code is invalid for the order being placed.
Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, unless otherwise stated Promotion Codes exclude discounted items, multibuy offers, delivery fees. Offers are not valid on sale items or other discounted products.

Please note you may only redeem one Promotion Code at a time.

Please note Promotion Codes have a one-time use.

To redeem your Promotion Code, please follow these simple steps:

1. Place all of the products you wish to purchase in your Basket. Click the Basket icon at the top right hand corner of our website.

2. Enter your Promotion Code into the ‘Enter A Promo Code’ box provided on the ‘Checkout’ page. Select 'Apply code' The page will update and the Promotion Code will be applied.

3. Click 'Checkout' and you will be redirected to payment page.

Postage Costs

Worthy of… orders can be shipped to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. If you have any queries regarding shipping, please feel free to contact us at youare@worthyof.co.uk.

Purchases on the Worthy of… website can be made with credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid address from England, Scotland or Wales.

We have the right to cancel orders that don’t fit these criteria.

Postage costs are set out as follows and include a handling fee:

  • 1-2 gel strips £2.50

  • 3-10 gel strips £3.50

  • 11+ gel strips or any order containing a lamp £5

We aim to package and post all orders withing 24-48 hours of them being placed via the website, although there may be exceptional times when this isn’t possible, in which case, orders will be sent as soon as possible.

Ordering and cancelling your order

When you order online you will be asked to check all your details before placing your order. Once you have ordered goods online, please check and confirm your order status by logging in to your Account. We will also send you an e-mail confirming your order, however, please note that we shall not be responsible if our e-mail is identified by any webmail service as junk mail and undelivered/misdelivered.

Currency

The Customer shall pay the price of the goods in pound sterling. If a credit/debit card associated with a different currency is used, additional bank charges may apply.

Important Information

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

 

Changes to delivery address, methods of payment and information on your account

When ordering from our website, you can contact us to give us a different delivery address or change your method of payment. You can also e-mail us through our website to: Select a different delivery address, change your method of payment, change your address, telephone number or other contact details.

 

Order Cancellation

On some occasions, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system due to:

  • Problems with processing payment information

  • Unavailability of the item(s)

  • Inability to deliver to address provided

  • Your request for cancellation

  • Duplication of the orders

If you would like to cancel your order please e-mail youare@worthyof.co.uk with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, we will notify you of this fact. Then once you receive the item(s), please return them in accordance with the Returns Procedure below.

Returns procedure

Worthy of… offers a 30-day-returns guarantee on all orders should you change your mind about your purchase. You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving them, though this does not apply to items that have missing parts or have signs of having been used or damaged. If you wish to return any goods using our 30 day returns guarantee you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and reasonable care must be taken to ensure the goods remain in good condition. All costs for sending goods back are at the expense of the buyer and we do not cover those costs.
If you opt to return the goods you purchased, we strongly advise requesting proof of postage as Worthy of… is not responsible for goods missing in transit. Incorrect orders can be corrected subject to stock availability and additional postal charges are to be paid for by the buyer. If you receive an item that was not ordered by you and this was a mistake on our part, we will exchange the item at no extra cost. All goods must be returned by recorded delivery before a replacement can be sent.
Please note: Any items returned to us as a result of not being collected by the buyer or if an incorrect address was supplied, you are subject to a £3.99 deduction/charge if a refund or re-delivery is requested.
Should you find that a product is damaged or faulty, we will fully cover return shipping costs as well as replace the product or offer a full refund. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product, please reach out to us via email so that we can quickly resolve the problem.
